The property consists of a stand-alone modern house of 620 sq.m. in area and a five- story apartment building both standing on three-quarters of an acre of land. The house is of Spanish-style four bedroom(which can easily be turned into five bedroom) most tastefully decorated and lavishly furnished with built-in and movable furniture. All modcons are provided complete with a highly equipped kitchen. The house has full access to the grounds, swimming pool and fitness room of the adjacent Apartments, and will be let not serviced.

Our 12 beautifully appointed apartments--four each of One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedromm, fully furnished to a very high standard one does not usually find in serviced apartments. All units enjoy free land and wireless Internet connections and have free access to 10 channels of UBC TV service-- all are included in the tariff without an extra charge. The 3 bedroom units also have a maid's bedroom. The units are fully serviced and self-catering or can be let not serviced in a separate arrangement.

The grounds surrounding the apartment building are large and form the distinctive feature of the property which emphasizes the open space of lawn and beautiful garden and a large area around a picturesque pool which has in- built Jacuzzis on one side. There is a decorative waterfall at one end of the pool and adjacent to the lawn is a small fountain around which one can sit and relax in a serene ambience hardly found any- where else in this city which tends to feature a high-rise living where one's feet never touch the ground.
